Online live workouts

All 5 workout can be done in the gym, live online or at your own time via zoom. All workouts are designed to support different goals. And each workout lasts 1 hour.

You just need a little space to exercise and either a laptop, tablet or TV and some weights. If you only have light or no weights, resistance bands can help. Out instructors will help you get the most out of the workout with whatever you have at hand. They also provide alternatives or in the live work around disabilities or injuries.

  • Monday: Never miss a monday upper. Build upper body strength and support muscle growth.
  • Tuesday: Power hour. Build strong legs.
  • Wednesday: Booty abs. Tone and build.
  • Thursday: Body blast. HIT training, maximizing VO2 and calories burned
  • Friday: Beast mode. Full body strength session, setting you up for the weekend.
